Design requirements:
1. Battery design requirements of beidou satellite navigator:
According to the product specification and customer requirements, design and host form a complete set of beidou satellite navigation device battery, a high standard of safety performance, good charge and discharge performance, will highlight the long-term use of reliability functions are integrated into the solution.
Ii. Battery design scheme of beidou satellite navigator:
1) protection board (PCM) : mainly to protect the design of rechargeable high-capacity battery pack, which can provide protection functions such as overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, overcurrent and over-temperature of lithium battery.
2) Protection IC: the main Protection function chip of the design scheme.The on-line function of the core is monitored constantly, so that the core can work in a safe and stable and efficient range.TI BQ3060 smart chip has a custom programming protection parameters (integrated internal detailed FAE) and navigator host communications, to host provide accurate health indicator display, temperature display, battery, battery state of charge and discharge instructions.
3) over-current protection film (FUSE) : mainly designed for secondary protection function.FUSE FUSE has the function of overcurrent protection, FUSE in battery product can prevent the battery unsafe large current charge and discharge.
4) lithium battery: 18650/2150 mah /7.2V lithium iron phosphate battery.
5) field effect tube (MOSFET) : MOSFET tube, which switches in the protection circuit.
6) battery pack: the outer packing can be made according to the customer's demand.
7) seismic performance: the battery is filled with epoxy resin or neutral silica gel, which has achieved super seismic performance.
